Gets slow sometimes due to the season

I worked at SCE as a contract employee. During that time, I was tasked with helping with the culture and working to make the team stronger during significant growth. Being part of that growth, especially in this capacity...was challenging but rewarding. I hired some wonderful people, collaborated with them, watched many of them grow and flourish...had a lot of fun, and learned a ton along the way.

Even with this success, it was always challenging to work at a company that doesn't have a formal plan for professional development. People were hungry for someone to teach them more of what they needed to know to take themselves, the organization they built, and the customers to the next level.
