Pros

- Great work life balance and good environment, head office feels like a university campus (literally). Great non monetary benefits comparing with other private firms in the country. - Strong corporate culture and vast opportunities to move across business unit, each unit is totally different from one another. The company tends to promote the concept of general management rather than specialisation (except in some area) so there will be a lot of rotation (e.g. marketing to production or vise versa) - A lifetime employment mindset is heavily installed in most employees, again, due to strong corporate branding and communication which more or less turns your colleagues into friends & family in the future.

Cons

- Very bureaucratic with poor talent management because they are busy creating highest possible equality between stars and deadwoods, the best people in the organisation tends to leave due to very slow career progression and low salary. There's a very strong mentality of first come first serve for promotion even for younger generation so actual performance doesn't matter that much, this consequently causes YOU to become inactive and slow overtime since the benefits of being hard/smart working is not tangible. - Company only gives importance to sales and engineer, you will see that 90% of senior management, no matter which function, will come from the 2 background. - Very conservative management style (most new comers especially from global companies will totally feel this), a mix between government and private organisation.
