Cons
There is no ending for cons Management sells tea,coffee, water inside work place. It takes Google home page to open in one hr, very fast Internet. No Seniors to guide. Managers even don't bother about talented employees. If u know how to keep ice to manager, then u will get some work. There is no employee friendly at all, employees won't grow professionally here. Many guys working with out salary. There will be no leaves for some months. If you keep leave on Friday they wil deduct salary for 3 days (sat, sun, Fri) Very less salary hike (10 rs to 1000 rs)
