Management group that cannot manage - Head Lifeguard SCM Group Employee Review

Never showed up after multiple calls and reassurances that they would show up to fix chemicals. would approve time off for employees then proceed to schedule them on days off. multiple occasions of one guard being on duty despite company policy being that no guard would work alone. overall terrible company.
