Great while I was there but showed true colors during layoff - Senior Software Engineer SCOIR Employee Review

Management handled a layoff quite poorly. Large chunk of workforce was laid off due to bad financials, even tho during our town halls we were always told we were doing great. The severance we received was the worst I have heard of, and we didn't even get a heads up that this was going to occur in it's place. They really showed how much they truly cared about their employees with this move.
