Poor management - Anonymous employee SCRM Employee Review

Do not recommend starting a position in a pilot project. Tools aren't working properly and the employee will get accused if anything happens, even in a Junior role. HR company orientated. Will do anything to not allow remote work. Cannot be honest with them. Poor management, lack of support and no proper feedback, no performance review meeting. Meaning no chance to improve is given.
