Pros
It's a fairly large family organisation, with many AOs that work together, which does provide a lot of opportunity to change career paths and remain within the organisation.
Cons
Massive hours - there is a culture that requires people to work extreme hours, without extra compensation and in at least my case I was not made aware of these hours before signing up.
On average I am working 2.5 to 3 hours extra a day, for no extra remuneration.
On top of this, leave is accrued, not pro-rata, no matter how many hours you work.
Management has been cutting staff everywhere they can and simply expects other staff to stay longer for no extra pay.
