Great Organization and Great Place to Work - Anonymous employee SCYAP Employee Review

South Carolina Youth Advocate Program, most of the time referred to as SCYAP, is a great place to work. It is a mission driven organization. The staff care about each other and about the children and families they serve. The culture of the workplace is positive, inclusive, and accepting. Employees are treated with respect and are shown appreciation for what they do. I know this because I experienced it and now that I am some place else, I miss it!
