> Bad Work Culture - Expect employees to work 24*7 > Saturdays are mostly working; have to send report everyday twice, every week & on Sundays & on month ends! So many reports that you can't concentrate - Everything is reporting cos top bosses dont trust anything > Too much hierarchy - people feel entitled due to position not work > Product quality not up-to the mark > Too many meetings with frequent change of plans - most meetings on Weekends - Deliberately > Most top brass is running the company like own fiefdom - harassment in meetings, shouting in office & pay cuts are common > Office timings are strict 0900am or its a half day! Employees are constantly sent mails of late comings and salary cut > HR is just to hire & fire at will of management - Backtracking on promises & offering lower pay than drawn is common tactic > too much travel & low allowances > expenses are cut for unreasonable causes > Sales structure changes very frequently with high attrition > Morning / Evening Whats-app reports - for everyone daily, cos weekly / monthly report is not enough Overall you should avoid working here if possible.
