training is good and the people are friendly

Cons

Pay can be spotty. Some divisions have different pay structures and one is not always informed of that. One division has base pay plus commissions and another has hourly pay triggered by commissions

Pros

Not a very long drive from home, and a great shipping warehouse manager who understands the pain that everyone is in as he has seen a lot people start and quit.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, poor compensation, unequal work sharing, some people get to work remotely while others do not, misogynistic sales manager, lots of promises no real action, a lot of yelling from other departments at each other, no room for growth, racial comments.

Pros

A true manufacture of products, good work life balance, good starter sales in medical device

Cons

They revamped the entire management team in USA and it was never the same. The corporate leadership in Australia is out of touch with the American market and lacks strategic planning. Limited career growth.
