      It's not a secret that most of the leaders here at SDM are toxic and abusive. Most of our supervisors are very hostile and aggressive, and it's almost impossible to seek help from them. They're practically unapproachable, unless you're willing to be humiliated and verbally abused for merely asking a question.

      - Constant exposure to a toxic and hostile work environment - Employees are regularly subjected to verbal abuse - Leadership displays aggressive and intimidating behavior - Reports of harassment and bullying toward staff - Management is consistently disrespectful towards employees - Workplace culture feels unsafe and demoralizing - Persistent negativity and intimidation from leadership - Lack of basic respect or professional conduct
