Great company with a good organization structure.

I don't see anything against working there.

Excellent pay and benefits. Provides economic benefits to Franklin Parish and philanthropic organizations. Owner provides excellent travel accomodations.

High turnover in sales rep dept. Over 6 reps terminated in a 3 year time span, almost all without a single warning notice, for infractions that could easily have been handled by counseling, grievance policy for employees or clear communication from owner. Employees are not given a company policy handbook and are expected to know them. Rules subject to change frequently on a whim.
