Really bad management and coordinator - Personal Support Work Psw SE Health Employee Review

not enough pay for the hard work you do. Manager & coordinator are lazy and selfish. They will do anything to make you go to certain client if client's r pressuring Manager & coordinator. Not professional at all. Really Really Bad business system. The work you do as psw is really complicated. you're 48 Kg psw trying to lift up client up to 70 Kg - over 100kg all alone by your arms, They don't take them off either if you have complained to manager about it. There is no work life balance either- They will make you work from 7 am to 10 Pm if the client's son is pressuring them.
