Overall great patients and skills advancement, but horrible company - Visiting Nurse SE Health Employee Review

Really disorganized High turnover Upper management only cares about lining their pockets, not the employees. CEO has a horrible company doing the determination of wages. Which is completely unfair. New hires can get paid more then people working their for year. When you ask for a raise it's always the same excuse, the other company doesn't see it's worth it to pay you more. Know your worth and value before coming to work here. Don't expect a good or raises ever.
