Pros

A team environment you can thrive in. During my time with the company I was able to communicate with multiple departments all of which had great communication and all around the type of co-workers that are set apart from most companies. The Sales environment is not cut throat competitive internally - seasoned Sales Executives are willing to assist new ones. The executive level takes feedback seriously and I’ve witness good processes evolved to even better over the almost 3 years I was apart of the company. Support Team works closely together, delegation of work and communication in this team is stellar. Work life balance is excellent.

Cons

Both pro and a con - growth has it’s pains of adjusting to in an always evolving company but they do it well.
