Pros

Consistent semi monthly and biweekly paychecks

Cons

-Poor leadership; creates hostile work environment top to bottom. -Management views frontline workers as a “means-to-an-end” , i.e., profits over people; no regard for work life balance; arbitrary reward system for hourly workers by managers. -Favoritism favoring certain employees, at hourly and salary levels, in regards to compensation and treatment.

Helpful crew, welcoming group. New up and coming business so people are enthusiastic to grow.

Cons

Terminated position for a few people once probation period ended, not by fault but just terminated position.

Pros

The machines are cool and learning about solar panels and how they are built. Learned alot of information.

Cons

Employees who speak English created a toxic environment. There are no meetings for Employees to work together. New Employees breaking old Employees for lunch. They lie and watch u for lunch to see what time u leave and come back. You aren't allowed to be smiling and they dont want you to be friendly. They fire you over the dumbest reasons like your not good a fit. No communication at all in quality department. Toxic environment for new employees due to older ones being unhappy. Forklift drivers do not honk or check corners so u will have to learn to dodge for your life.
