      Great teamwork to achieve missions, no much criticism. Great store management staff to serve for customers and staff

      Cons

      Major stockholders treat people as “cost”, with little retail industry knowledge, not perfect work environment as the head office located in a 40 year old small building in northern Tokyo city, make it extremely difficult to maintain and hire high potential employees

      extreme old processes and culture, mediocre middle management, lack of strategic thinking from top management, extreme cost cutting, bad office environment, unprepared/unskilled employees, no career opportunities.
