Great place to work in terms of opportunities within our interest

none really. I have been there quite some time and really enjoy the successes we achieve as a team.

+Nice people to work with

-Low hourly compensation -I pursued work with the agency with hopes to learn from senior level staff, but I didn't feel like I learned anything. My work was solo / siloed, and critiques were usually along the lines of, "Nice job, all done."
