However, I'm sorry to hear that you find the frequent changes unsettling. We acknowledge that change can be difficult, but it's also part of our pursuit to constantly evolve and improve. That said, we aim to make SEON a stable work environment, and we're actively working on strategies to reduce the frequency of such changes and restructuring exercises.
