Pros
The work is somewhat flexible. but it's seasonal, in summer for 3 months you have nothing to do. during peak sports seasons there's a lot of work to do. The staff is OK, they are quite motivated. Generally, they are considered as a high-end company locally, so you can transition to a better job easily.
Cons
The overall corporate culture is really bad. There's no connection between the Management and the HR team, since they tend to say different things to employees which is quite confusing. Furthermore, the pay is not good, even though they're seeking for really specialized professionals. It's very easy to lose motivation since there's also probably no possibility of positional improvement.
