      Pros

      You'll teach international executives (and often their families) from all over the world and the cultural interactions and hospitality is unforgettable. All textbooks and materials (for Business English, for instance) are provided, but the lessons are ultimately up to you.

      Cons

      SFLS will occasionally schedule unpaid mandatory meetings on a yearly or bi-yearly basis. Also, while this may be a pro or a con, there is never any supervision and all communication with SFLS occurs via phone or email (I worked with clients at Chevron's San Ramon, CA offices, whereas all SFLS staff is based in Houston, TX).

      Pros

      SFLS has been providing the best in professional language training programs, translations, and other language services for over 13 years. They continue to meet and exceed their client's expectations by having excellent policies, procedures and practices with their top of the line staff they employ.

      Cons

      Every industry has it's ups and downs, but SFLS has been able to fight through the slumps because of their focus on client satisfaction by having only the highest standards for their staff.

      Pros

      SFLS is a great work life balance. Amazing co-workers that are passionate about their job and the organization. Management encourages growth and development. Forward thinking is always appreciated and your thoughts and ideas always heard and taken under consideration. It is a the best place I ever worked at, everyone is very respectful and friendly. We are a TEAM... and when you have a Team, you are success!

      Cons

      Assisting several departments can be difficult but with SFLS mental training and experience this is very much helpful in the long run in any career
