Everyone is very knowledgable and forward thinking. Management level is involved in most stages of design process and are very helpful

Working in office is mandatory Mon-Thurs. Not really a con but can see how this is difficult for some that commute

Lots of support from the team work

One aspect that could be improved is their policy on overtime compensation. Unfortunately, they do not pay for overtime work, which can be frustrating for employees who put in extra hours to meet deadlines or handle urgent tasks. It would be beneficial for the company to reconsider their approach to overtime pay to ensure fair compensation for all employees.
