      Pros

      SHADOW is an amazing company with an amazing culture. My higher-ups have really valued me at every level and I feel like I always have a voice. SHADOW also clearly values Diversity & Inclusion and I have learned so much from my time here in that regard. It is very flexible, along with having generous PTO, Mental Health days, and time off for Holidays. The clients and opportunities that come with each make working here so exciting!

      Cons

      I would say the constant growth and changing of the company causes things to feel a little disorganized at times, but that is bound to happen! Other than that and the long hours, not much else to say.

      Pros

      - The agency works with top brands across beauty, tech, retail, beverage, and more, which means there are some truly incredible opportunities if you’re ready to work hard and care about the craft. I was able to work on my dream clients and campaigns, moments the world saw and felt really exciting to be a part of. - The agency is made up of insanely smart, savy, dedicated, creative people who are not afraid to go against the grain. I was able to learn a lot by just being around them on how to push ideas further, manage teams, and think about culture, media, and storytelling in a new way. - The agency's pace and variety of projects/clients gives you the chance to work on things you might never expect, which helped me grow quickly and gain experience across multiple areas like team management, creative, and media.

      Cons

      Like many fast-moving agencies, there were occasional busy periods that required some extra time to keep projects moving forward.
