Pros
I've worked at SHINE for a couple of years now and I have to say they have been a very flexible company to work for. I've had a few life changes occur during my time here and they have been very accommodating and understanding. It is a small company with typical small company growing pains, but they are good at what they do in the government sector and are working very hard to become a bigger company.
Cons
There is not a lot of hand-holding here and you will have to have good reasons and arguments to get what you want done in your position. Budgets can be tight due to the size of the company so some might find this frustrating if you are used to a larger company.
