Good - Supervisor SHW Employee Review

Great company to work with!

Driving from the north end to downtown Seattle for gigs.

SHW is an amazing job to have, the company culture is really important to them (they often talk about the “SHW family”). Also some really talented and smart people on the team! It is definitely somewhere where you can learn a lot, but everyone’s experience that they bring to the table is valued. They also really encourage continuing education opportunities and maintaining a good work-life balance which is great.

The only cons come from the company’s size. Being a small company the benefits plans are a bit pricier/lighter than what you might at a big corporation, but they are continually working on changing or modifying those to provide the best for their employees.
