Being brand new to the insurance industry, I was given everything needed to jump start my career. I had every resource I needed to do my job, had peers to help guide me through processes, and felt welcome. I would have stayed long term if my personal situation hadn’t changed.

The company is updating a lot of procedures and it could be tough to keep up with. All changes seemed to be for the good but being newer it was a lot to keep up with.

The pros are that when you come to SIA you feel like you belonged there in the beginning…..

But then over time, you are pushed to the side. The HR department doesn’t care about you anymore. There is no training department to help you learn. You will drown with this company. And it will make you feel like you are nothing.
