Very bad impression of the company - Anonymous employee SIEN Employee Review

I had the impression of a very good company, until i realized that here it is promoted after hour work. It is encouraged (by new positions for the ones that are working late after hours) and this by the "excuse" that they like the passionate ones (different domains), the ones who smoke and stay daily at "a beer".
