Great people and atmosphere. You can leave your life behind and just follow the Sigma story: the world turns because there must be a hub inside.
Cons
Overworked and underpaid in the summer, bored to death in winter. It all revolves about bikes just a little bit too much perhaps when thinking in the long term.
