Pros
Despite the toxic leadership, the team itself is made up of genuinely supportive and talented people. Most of them stay for each other, not for the management.
Cons
The boss, Ben Finegan, will not value whatever good you do for the company. All he cares about is money.
Ben has a passive-aggressive behavior. He rarely gives direct feedback but will find subtle ways to undermine your work. He might praise you in front of others, only to criticize you behind closed doors. Don’t expect clear communication or consistent expectations—he often changes his mind without warning and blames others for his own mistakes. He can't even answer a simple yes or no question if you ask him a question. He loves beating around the bush instead of being direct about what he wants.
If something goes wrong, you’ll be the first to take the fall. Navigating his moods is a challenge in itself, and many have found it mentally exhausting over time.
