I appreciate your thoughtful response. We work hard to find and keep good people, so I’m glad you recognize that. Our vision is to be the bridge between the decentralized Web3 community and Enterprise systems who want to easily leverage the power of Blockchain technology. We are excited about our strategy and market position, and we look forward to good things to come. Again, thank you for your feedback. -Neil

Pros

Very smart, professional team; where most blockchain companies have leaders who do not have leadership/management experience from other companies - everyone at SIMBA does and it's a refreshing change. Real world use cases and projects. It's exciting to be a part of something real.

Cons

Regular challenges of a remote company and a start up.

Pros

Some really nice people that work across the company. These people are NOT management roles.

Cons

• No clear vision and grew without a plan. • Products and releases were never nailed down. • Sales and customer success teams have no clue what they're doing. All talk and no walk. Waste of investor money. They're jokers. Can be compare to scammers trying to sucks all the money from the company for themselves until there's nothing left. • Communication from the top down always has major issues. • Former CEO is a complete mess. He hired people he knows and admitted it's okay to pay them for doing nothing. • Promoted an engineering guy into a COO role that doesn't understand what it means to run a business. • Best for investors to pull what's is left and call it.
