      You get to work by yourself at your own pace.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism. They try to screw you out of raises as often as they can for no reason other than corporate greed. Upper management does not do anything about major complaints about people because they make them money so they refuse to disipline them. Alot of dirty work, the dirtier it is the longer it takes you, the less you get paid an hour.

      Pros

      Steady work schedule that doesn't change much, and good benefits.

      Cons

      Uncomfortable work environment, lack of quality training, and high turn over rate and the ratio of time given to work that needs to be done is ridiculous. Most employees(non-management) will do the work load of 2 people.
