Pros
- Employees are really smart, collaborative, and helpful which makes overall a good environment. - Remote and global workforce giving you a chance to work with people around the world. - The product has good potential.
Cons
- Unreasonable expectations and workload. - Leak of leadership and high management is inexperienced in dealing with people, giving helpful or any feedback at all. - Several key employees left the company or were fired with very poor communication - Unexpected layoffs after repeatedly saying in meetings that the company was doing good and was no reason to worry, so very poor transparency and handling extremely unprofessionally - Extremely difficult and out-of-reality goals there were never met linked to bonuses.
