      Fair salary for a intern position in the city and flexible time schedule.

      Pros

      A good place for begin and have an initial experience.

      Cons

      Very old technologies, such as struts 1.0 and JSF 1.2, no career, no feedback, company culture. The systems programmer position is below the junior developer position in terms of compensation, but if you're good, you'll get a senior developer's tasks, but with less compensasion than a junior developer.
