The Salary was fairly competitive for my job role.

Cons

No Support, No Guidance, No Strategy. A complete lack of empathy for their employees. Refuse to pay sick pay. Turn their back on flexible working practices. Sales Collateral riddled with spelling mistakes and grammatical inaccuracies. Told to push a managed services portfolio that dosent exist. Left high and dry at the height of the pandemic due to complete refusal to furlough. Callous and uncaring management that are stuck in the stone age. AVOID

the employer was very Flexable

Cons

I was contracted for 1 year. Found out the job was for 3 months. they extended it for 1 month without written notice and then ended the contract early without written notice.
