Extremely incompetent management. Constant micromanagement, psychological pressure, and unsustainable working conditions. Workloads are excessive and the overall environment is very unprofessional. The workplace feels highly political, with constant power games. Incompetent employees are often protected by management in order to maintain the status quo. Racist jokes, bullying behavior, and a general lack of kindness and professionalism are tolerated. There is clear favoritism toward Swiss employees. No matter how hard you work, it is never considered enough, and psychological pressure is used constantly. Management is unable to properly evaluate employees’ work and instead relies on colleagues’ opinions, almost like an informal popularity survey. The atmosphere is one of constant fear due to cold and detached leadership. Performance reviews are conducted without proper evaluation and are not based on clear or measurable objectives.
