Pros

Supportive team members and a good learning environment for backend development. Exposure to real-world projects using Python, Django, FastAPI, and REST APIs. Opportunity to work on end-to-end features and improve problem-solving skills. Flexible work culture and approachable seniors.

Cons

Project timelines can sometimes be tight, which may increase workload during peak delivery periods. Limited formal training sessions, so learning is mostly self-driven. Process documentation can be improved in some projects.

Pros

Nothing, there are no pros

Cons

This company is beyond toxic. Survival here has nothing to do with talent or hard work — it’s all about bootlicking the higher-ups. The PM? A married man acting like the office Romeo, flirting with every woman around. And the moment someone doesn’t entertain his nonsense, suddenly she becomes the target. Professionalism? Never heard of it. The Director acts like employees aren’t allowed to have a personal life just because he doesn’t. And dear CEO, you keep calling the projects and employees “crap” — but maybe take a look at the company itself first. The entire hierarchy, management, and work culture are a complete disaster. They expect 2 weeks of work to be magically finished in 2 days and then cry about bugs. Devs get blamed, QA gets blamed, Product Owners get blamed — everyone except the people creating the unrealistic pressure. One employee is expected to do the job of 5 people while getting treated like a machine. No work-life balance. No ethics. Office politics everywhere. Affairs happening openly. No proper POSH system. No safety for women. No job security either — they’ll terminate anyone anytime they feel like it. PF gets deducted but never credited properly. Payslips? You literally have to beg for them. Salaries come late, but expectations arrive on time. Even after office hours, they expect employees to stay available like slaves. No appreciation. No rewards. No recognition. Just constant pressure, fake promises, and the legendary dialogue — “No funding.” If there’s always “no funding,” then maybe stop exploiting employees and shut the company down instead of draining people mentally and physically. Hands down the worst, most chaotic, unprofessional workplace I’ve ever seen. Pure stress, pure politics, pure mess.
