Pros
Since it is documentation firm you will not get any designing part, but SKETS work culture is good if they work on their timings better it's a good company to join in your initial career. They will also provide trainings which will help you enhance your technical skills. Friendly and helpful staff members and good culture.
Cons
Very poor work life balance, you will have no time for yourself or your friends and family as SKETS has very bad time management, as far as I understand they do not ask for ample timing from client so that the team can work stress free. Late working hours is a routine here.
