absolutely zero innovation. They are neither willing, nor they have the skill to adapt to changing software industry. As mentioned in the other review, they are breathing on their past legacy. Development team is very small and they don't follow any good coding practices. Plus, the technologies used are so old that you will find yourself back in ie6 days. Management is not clear of the tasks they need to assign you, so they keep giving random tasks which you dont even have any experience with.
