      Mostly good, hard working, honest team members wanting to do a good job. Hybrid working location is a nice benefit.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry average. Dedication and loyalty are not recognized. Team members ultimately viewed as expense not asset with respect and dignity sadly lacking.
