      Excellent culture, strong focus on the D&I, events on a regular basis to build this team culture. Lots of opportunities to work on stuff that are of interest to you.

      Cons

      Engineering can be a bit too stubborn at times. Not always a drawback though. :) Could do better on the salary

      The leadership team are passionate and approachable, and are firm believers in the product and those working here. The people working here are some the best in the industry, which is evident in the top quality product being developed. Also, robots in the office...

      As with any fast growing startup, a high degree of flexibility is required at all times. You'll need to be happy to wear different hats, sometimes at the same time, which isn't for everyone.
