      - There are a lot of learning opportunities, you can move around to various departments if you want to learn more - You can buy company stocks at a discount and make a nice chunk of change from that - The offices are nice and well equipped

      Cons

      - Wish they had more flexibility and more wfh - Wish their salaries would be a bit higher, they do demand a lot from you - The higher management changes often
