Pros
Variety of life experiences, problem solving and being-in-at-the-deep-end, early responsibility, travel, good starting graduate-job (job is pretty intense so shows lots of good things about you on the CV)
Cons
Poor work/life balance. Toxic, untrusting atmosphere from management. Frequent top down directives. Awful and shameless nepotism. Poor career prospects and transparency within the company.
