      great pay, multicultural, good people ability to buy stocks, pension scheme, 48 days leave, air tickets to your home country, laptop provided

      Cons

      no vacations, no good if you have a family, marital status recognized after 2 years, no say on location for up to 5 years, no salary negotiation
