      Good benefits, lots of travel opportunities, early job responsibility. Fast paced and meet lots of various people, colleagues are young and good fun.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, predominantly work. Vacations cancelled, promotions delayed. Quick reaction to cutting costs if necessary and only think short term.
