BIG bucks AMAZING, high end training schools where you get to learn a lot meet a lot of fun people. And, make great friends Personal growth in terms of crisis management, ownership and responsibility (even for things you are not responsible for, oh yeah!). Can get admitted to good B-schools

No major addition to your profile, provided you want to move out of Oil & Gas sector Very few exit options Monkey job No work life balance, barely any social life other than the SLB social gatherings HIGH level of unpredictability in life, you never know where you are gonna be the next moment.
