Great company but not people sensitive - Engineering SLB Employee Review

It was a very good internship experience

Maybe they need to enhance their IT team

Actually a pretty good company to work for. Good work-life balance and management was always friendly and professional. Time off was always approved and was encouraged to take. The pay was also pretty good and hybrid work was also great.

Was laid off after I was forced to train my replacement for cheaper labor in Colombia. Also the system to promote employees is so difficult and convoluted to work with. Continuous changes/updates made it almost impossible to "go to the next level".
