Cons
Stressful job with bad working life balance. You do not have a career if you stay in one country and do not move, no job security at all. You will get release in the first crisis if your salary is high and your skills can replaced by a younger employee. I saw very good people being released even with unique skills. Do not come to this company if you already experienced. You will not adapt to the company's culture. The oil & gas industry in on declining and you will need transferable skills to coupe with changes in the future.
