      Pros

      The company has great structure and thinks ahead of time. In term of diversity, it is second to none. You can easily find 7 nationalities in a team of 10. It has great training for graduates. I can see that SLB is the conveyor belt for developing talents.

      Cons

      The company demands progression so you move up or you move out.
