Company gives possibilities to move from one country to another
Cons
Downturn in oil and gas industry affects career perspectives. Seems as salary level in the industry dropping is compared to those industries which are growing. Also my impression is - it is more difficult now to get promoted than 7-10 years ago as SLB business is not growing.
