      -Management can be tricky and sound like a broken disc -Lots of unmotivated people that stay long term for the money -A couple bad apples in management that make the environment bad -No respect for personal life and space

      Pros

      Actually a pretty good company to work for. Good work-life balance and management was always friendly and professional. Time off was always approved and was encouraged to take. The pay was also pretty good and hybrid work was also great.

      Cons

      Was laid off after I was forced to train my replacement for cheaper labor in Colombia. Also the system to promote employees is so difficult and convoluted to work with. Continuous changes/updates made it almost impossible to "go to the next level".
